Please note: There may be opportunity for remote work within all jobs posted by the Excellus Talent Acquisition team. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. (Repeated later with LBS Recruitment team). Also mention remote work possibility. - Benefits: Not explicitly listed beyond mention of total rewards package: group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, paid holidays. Also mention remote work possibility. - Schedule: "This is a paid 10-week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August (up to 40 hours per week)." Also mention up to 40 hours per week. - Housing not provided. We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential accountabilities), Requirements (minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe same?), Skills (maybe list of skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to decide which sections have real content. - About the role: we have summary paragraph describing program. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have essential accountabilities list. Good. - Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications (desired majors, etc). That's substantive. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine? But we need separate sections only if there is distinct content. The posting has "Minimum Qualifications" and also "Physical Requirements". Could treat Physical Requirements as a separate section? But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements (since it's a requirement). But we have separate "Requirements" heading; we can include both academic/major requirements and physical requirements under that. - Skills: we have list of skills: communication, multitask, teamwork, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, proactive, self-motivated, Microsoft Office Suite, desktop computer usage, etc. Also maybe IT systems knowledge, cloud skills, exposure to sales processes (preferred). So we can put those under Skills. - Benefits: we have mention of total rewards package: group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, paid holidays. Also remote work possibility. Housing not provided (that's a negative but still info). So we can include Benefits section with those items. - Pay: we have compensation range $18-$20 per hour. Also note that actual salary varies etc. We'll include that. - Schedule: we have 10-week summer internship from first Monday in June to second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (compensation repeated). Also remove navigation/cookie etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include specifics like list of tracks, etc. Let's extract details: About the role prose: The Summer College Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship experience that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and be part of our company. Our college interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored under their respective managers, and continue to develop throughout the entire summer. Development workshops are provided to help with the transition from school to the corporate environment. Housing is not provided as part of our program. We could keep that as a paragraph. Responsibilities: list items: - The Intern will work in administering LTHC's Salesforce environments. - Activities will include learning and managing our various Salesforce environments and solutions, managing user access and permissions, creating administrative reports in Salesforce, among other administrative duties relevant to the role. - Works with a mentor and supports key strategic projects. - Completes work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications. - Performs a mix of technical and/or non-technical tasks that will cover a broad range of business-related projects. - Creates and delivers presentations at completion of internship. - Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs. - Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy in accordance with the company policies. - Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required. - Performs other functions as assigned by management. We could combine some sentences but keep details. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include: Computing Sciences & Information Technology (i.e. Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Networking, Cybersecurity, etc.) Management Information Systems, or similar program(s) - Preferred (but not required) experience with: IT systems knowledge, cloud skills, exposure to sales processes are helpful. - High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program). - Must be in good academic standing. - Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time. - Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or training courses as needed. We could also include physical requirements under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe we could list the skills/experience like communication, multitask, teamwork, etc. But we already have Skills section. So Qualifications could be something else? The posting doesn't have a separate "Qualifications" beyond Minimum Qualifications. So maybe we skip Qualifications section to avoid filler. But the instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Qualifications if it would be duplicate or thin. However we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. If we omit Qualifications, that's fine. Skills: list of skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences and interface with staff at all levels of the company. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail changing environment and deliver high-quality work product. - Ability to work well in a team establishing good working relationships with peers. - Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills. - Proactive approach to work, displaying creativity and flexibility in completing assigned tasks. - Commitment to continuous improvement of skills and team functioning. - Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as on intra- and inter- departmental teams as needed. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment. - (Preferred) IT systems knowledge, cloud skills, exposure to sales processes.
