College Intern - Summer 2027 - Digital Analytics

About the role

The Summer College Internship Program is a 10‑week paid internship that provides undergraduate and graduate students with development workshops, networking opportunities, and meaningful project work under manager mentorship. Interns can participate in skills‑based tracks such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other technical or non‑technical degree programs. Development workshops focus on key business concepts to aid the transition from school to the corporate environment. Housing is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the measurement of business analytics across digital platforms and assets, including forecasting trends in digital engagement and benchmarking engagement metrics to industry standards.
• Have a passion for technology research within the healthcare space and evaluate the impact of market trends on satisfaction with digital assets.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify segments to target for digital adoption and engagement goals.
• Perform regular analysis of digital adopters by variables such as device usage, age band, product line, and brand.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications.
• Perform a mix of technical and/or non‑technical tasks covering a broad range of business‑related projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at the completion of the internship.

• Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy in accordance with company policies.
