The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays. Please note: There may be opportunity for remote work within all jobs posted by the Excellus Talent Acquisition team. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. (Repeated later with LBS Recruitment team). We need to include Pay section with the salary range. Benefits: mention group health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility. Also mention housing not provided. Also mention development workshops. Schedule: "up to 40 hours per week" and dates: first Monday in June to second Friday in August (10 weeks). So we can include Schedule section. We need sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe Desired Majors?), Skills (maybe specific skills like Google Analytics, Excel, MS Office, communication, teamwork, etc.), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to avoid duplication: The compensation text appears twice; we include once. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those lines. We also need to remove duplicated lines like "Compensation Range(s): Level I - Minimum $18.00 - Maximum $20.00" repeated. We need to preserve all substantive info: include mention of housing not provided, development workshops, internship length, dates, weekly hours, tracks, etc. We need to format using

for section headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what goes into lists vs prose. Probably: - About the role: prose paragraph summarizing program. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points from essential accountabilities). Could be

    • each duty. - Requirements: maybe list of minimum qualifications (education, enrollment, GPA, etc.) Could be list. - Qualifications: maybe desired majors/degree programs list. - Skills: list of skills/experience: Google Analytics, Excel, MS Office, communication, multitasking, teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, proactive, self-motivated, etc. - Benefits: list: development workshops, mentorship, meaningful projects, networking, maybe health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility, housing not provided (maybe as note). Also mention no housing. - Pay: paragraph with salary range. - Schedule: paragraph with duration and hours. We must not repeat job title. We must not include any markdown fences. Let's craft. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Remove. Also remove "Physical Requirements" maybe could be part of Requirements or Skills? It's a requirement but not a qualification. Could be included under Requirements as a list item. But we have separate Requirements section; we can include physical ability there. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All sections have real content. Let's draft HTML. Start with

      About the role

      then

      ...

      . Then

      Responsibilities

      • ... each duty. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including budget, prior experience, knowledge, skill, education, and internal equity. This salary range reflects one component of the total rewards package." Schedule: paragraph: "The internship runs for 10 weeks, from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, with an expected commitment of up to 40 hours per week."
