College Intern - IT Administration - Fall 2026
About the Role
Our Fall 2026 College Internship Program is a paid co-op/internship experience designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and participate in development workshops focused on key business concepts. This internship may reside in either a technical or non-technical area and spans skills-based tracks such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other degree programs.
Housing is not provided as part of this internship.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce environments, including Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Work closely with a Sr. Salesforce Administrator on user management activities, system configuration optimization, administrative report development, and process documentation.
- Gain exposure to data platforms such as Databricks and Power BI.
- Support key strategic projects under the guidance of a mentor.
- Perform work assignments that vary according to business needs, departmental opportunities, and your qualifications, covering both technical and non-technical projects.
- Create and deliver a presentation at the completion of the internship.
- Adhere to high standards of integrity, supporting the company’s mission, values, and code of conduct.
- Maintain member privacy in accordance with corporate policies.
- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other functions as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program).
- Good academic standing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and deliver high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to establish good working relationships with peers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to work, displaying creativity and flexibility.
- Commitment to continuous improvement of skills and team functioning.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on intra- and inter-departmental teams.
Qualifications
Desired majors include Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation, viewing a computer, and using a keyboard, mouse, and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time.
- Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.
Pay
Compensation ranges:
- Level I: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Level II: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Actual salary will vary based on factors such as budget, prior experience, knowledge, skills, education, and internal equity. The posted range reflects only one component of the total rewards package, which may also include group health/dental insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, paid time off, and paid holidays.
