Fall 2026 Internship

The Fall College Internship Program is a paid co-op/internship experience that provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and be part of our company. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by their respective managers, and continue to develop throughout the fall. The program includes development workshops focused on key business concepts.

About the role

  • Interns may work within skills-based tracks including Information Technology, Business Administration, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other technical or non-technical degree programs.
  • This is a paid internship/co-op and may reside in either a technical or non-technical area.
  • Housing is not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce environments, including Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, working closely with a Sr. Salesforce Administrator.
  • Perform user management activities, system configuration optimization, administrative report development, and documentation of processes.
  • Gain exposure to data platforms such as Databricks and Power BI.
  • Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
  • Handle work assignments and responsibilities that vary according to business needs and departmental opportunities, in addition to the student's qualifications.
  • Perform non-technical and/or technical functions covering a broad range of business-related projects.
  • Create and deliver a presentation at the completion of the internship.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, supporting the company’s mission and values, and adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct.
  • Uphold member privacy in accordance with corporate privacy policies and procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program).
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Desired majors include Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to establish good working relationships with peers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment and with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to work, displaying creativity and flexibility in completing assigned tasks.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of skills and team functioning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as on intra- and inter-departmental teams.
  • Preferred skills or experience with: IT Systems Knowledge, Report Development, IT Security, IT Troubleshooting/Helpdesk.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse, and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time.
  • Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.

Pay

  • Level I: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
  • Level II: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Actual salary will vary depending on factors including budget, prior experience, knowledge, skill, education, and internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of the total rewards package, which may also include group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.

Opportunities for remote work may be available on a case-by-case basis.
