College Co-op: Supplemental Programs Business Analyst
About the role
The College Co-op: Supplemental Programs Business Analyst position is within the Government Markets department at Independence Health Group. This department implements and manages retrospective and prospective programs aimed at improving Medicare and ACA members' experiences with the health plan and the broader healthcare system, focusing on driving Risk Scores, Quality metrics, and promoting comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Support the Supplemental Program team and other stakeholders with various business operations and financial analysis tasks that support initiative and project goals.
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving activities.
- Oversee vendor activities for both prospective and retrospective programs, contributing to the improvement of risk scores.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.
Requirements
This position requires candidates to have an Android or iOS device compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app.
