About the role

Help small businesses stay on track by guiding customers toward successful repayment solutions while building your career in a fast-growing fintech company.

Role Details

Modality: On-site, Full-Time (Draper, Utah)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $21–24/hour + monthly performance-based bonus

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts
• Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines
• Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

What You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer contact experience
• 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience
• Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience managing a personal portfolio of accounts
• Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutions

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scores
• Effectively manage assigned portfolio volume and maintain productivity targets
• Demonstrate strong compliance and documentation accuracy
