About the role

Office Location: Abilene, Texas, United States

The incumbent has frequent contact with customers, primarily by telephone and written correspondence, and some contact with other departments. Results of work are spot-checked, and physical effort required is average.

Responsibilities

• Learn Bank Collecting procedures and related state and federal laws.
• Engage with delinquents in a firm but fair manner, providing assistance in handling financial responsibilities.
• Actively participate in the sales and service culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established Bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Twelve months of experience in collection, lending, banking, administration, or outbound calls.
• Bank lending/loan operation experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility, dependability, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency.
