Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Collections Representative in San Leandro, CA. This position offers a competitive salary range of $1271.00 to $1464.00 weekly for a 26-week assignment. Shifts are available from 07:00 - 15:00, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients to resolve billing issues and ensure payment is received
• Communicate with patients to explain payment plans and options
• Follow up with patients to ensure timely payments
• Handle inquiries from patients and insurance companies regarding billing and payment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance/accounting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (if required)
