Compensation & Earnings

  • 100% commission-based (1099)
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Weekly earnings: $1,000 – $3,000+
  • Typical annual income: $80,000 – $180,000+

What You’ll Do

  • Door-to-Door Prospecting
  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and knock doors daily
  • Identify households eligible for new or upgraded internet service
  • Initiate conversations and build rapport quickly
  • Sales & Closing
  • Present internet and fiber service plans
  • Educate customers on: Speed and reliability, Pricing and promotions, Installation process
  • Handle objections and close deals on the spot
  • Pipeline & Performance
  • Track daily metrics (doors, conversations, sales)
  • Follow up with interested prospects
  • Continuously improve pitch and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

  • Required: Strong communication and people skills, Comfortable working outdoors and approaching homeowners, Self-motivated with high discipline, Competitive mindset with a desire to earn
  • Preferred: Experience in door-to-door, retail, or direct sales (We are open to training candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.)
