Sales Representative - $1,000 - $3,000/Week
Key Responsibilities
- Possess proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Conduct inspections and consultations by meeting with homeowners and business owners to evaluate their roofing needs, assess storm damage, and explain repair or replacement options.
- Present estimates and close deals by delivering detailed and transparent project estimates, handling objections, and guiding clients through the sales process with confidence.
- Follow up and maintain customer relationships by staying engaged with potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive excellent service from initial contact to project completion.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving goals in annual sales and upholding company performance standards.
- Promote Nitro Roofing & Construction by representing the company professionally in the community, maintaining a positive attitude, and actively seeking ways to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Competitive and self-driven with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals while managing a personal sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales.
- Physically capable of safely climbing ladders and inspecting roofs as needed for the sales process.
- Tech-savvy and organized with familiarity with CRM software, preferably JobNimbus, and the ability to track and manage leads effectively.
- Adaptable and resilient.
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within designated service areas.
What We Offer
- OTE: $125,000
- Uncapped Commission. Base commission of 10% on all sales, plus up to 2% bonus for self-generated leads.
- $500 per week training stipend for the first 10 weeks while you ramp up.
- Performance Bonuses. Extra .05% commission for sales over $210K/month.

Pay
OTC: $125,000
Base commission: 10%
