Sales Representative - $1,000 - $3,000/Week

About the opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for self-motivated individuals who want to build and run their own book of business while leveraging the resources, reputation, and support of an established company. At Smart Builders Group (est. 2011), you’ll have the freedom to control your schedule, pipeline, and income, while being backed by a company with proven systems, strong brand presence, and a database of 5,000+ past clients.

Lead & Earning Opportunities

• Established company with 5,000+ past clients and strong referral relationships
• Many clients are pre-qualified and ready for roof replacement after storm events
• Active contractors who consistently door knock receive company-provided leads
• Average of 4–6 qualified leads per week
• Access to additional company-generated hot leads
• The more you produce, the more opportunities and leads you unlock

Compensation Structure

• 100% commission-based (uncapped income)
• 40% commission on company-provided leads
• 30% commission on self-generated business
• 5% overhead fee applies
• High performers commonly earn $125,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow your personal client pipeline through door knocking (required)
• Manage both company-provided and self-generated leads
• Perform property and roof inspections
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
• Present and close roofing and restoration projects
• Oversee projects from start to finish (project management)
• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate referrals and repeat business
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management

Independent Contractor Requirements

• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor (not W-2)
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
• Must carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation
• Must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Must manage your own schedule, pipeline, and workload

Physical & Work Requirements

• You must be willing and able to:
• Door knock consistently to generate business
• Climb ladders and work on roofs
• Carry 30–50 lbs (ladders, shingles, materials)
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Manage projects from inspection through completion
