About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global payment operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage global payment operations, including ACH, wire transfers, and international payments
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment processes and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze payment trends to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services or related industries
• Experience with global payment systems and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of international banking and payment systems
• Experience with payment processing software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
