Responsibilities

- Communicate via phone with diverse individuals - Make outbound calls (75+ per day) - Utilize software to track accounts and communicate with insurance companies - Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for clients - Coordinate with team members on account management - Document accounts with detailed notes for quick communication - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Training in-office - Ability to work a hybrid schedule (work from home and in-office) - Secure home office setup including: - Dedicated high-speed internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with wired connection - Minimum 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and latency of 100 ms or below - Private space free from background noise and distractions - Strong empathy and professionalism - Excellent communication skills - Ability to stay motivated and positive - Attention to detail - Experience with time management - Computer and typing skills - Utilize collaboration software for video collaboration
