Hybrid Collections Specialist

National Service Bureau (NSB) is a family‑owned, “People First” company focused on insurance subrogation and accounts receivable management. With offices in Bothell, WA and Sarasota, FL, NSB is seeking Hybrid Collections Specialists (Call Center Representatives) to join its growing team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via phone with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Make 75+ outbound calls per day and use software to log accounts and interact with insurance companies.
• Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for clients.
• Coordinate with team members on account matters.
• Document accounts with detailed notes for quick communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• In‑office training with subsequent hybrid work schedule.
• Secure home office meeting technical specifications:
  • Dedicated high‑speed internet (cable, DSL, or fiber) via hard‑wired connection, 100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up, latency ≤ 100 ms.
  • Quiet, private space with a professional backdrop.
• Strong empathy, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Motivation, positivity, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities.
• Computer and typing proficiency; ability to use collaboration video software.

Pay

Guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with total on‑target earnings ranging from $65,000 to $110,000.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday hybrid schedule (work from home and in‑office days).
