About the role
Collaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC) to understand customer intelligence gaps and needs, evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, and execute collection plans and strategies to generate reliable and valid intelligence. Use statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques to interpret ISR data sources. Manage large datasets, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements have been satisfied using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), responses to collection plans, and other feedback mechanisms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in conducting statistics and using statistical packages such as Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R.
- Support the development and implementation of collection management processes for the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), including synchronization of collection activities from SIGINT platforms and Title 10 ISR capabilities.
- Apply knowledge of United States SIGINT System (USSS) architecture to develop processes for tracking tasking of collection operations in a single workflow, providing daily insights into Cyber Operations (e.g., USSS, SOTA, C-S&R, and Cyber ISR).
- Work alongside CNMF J2 and CNMF teams to identify shortfalls and implement strategies to meet desired end states, while collaborating with NSA X1/C/X3/X4 to leverage existing systems and recommend integrations into CNMF Collection Management Architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Collection Manager.
- Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC collection management course.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Pay
The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000.
