About the role

Branch managers build the foundation of the Coldwell Banker network, the nation’s No. 1 residential real estate brokerage for 21 years. You will lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office, responsible for recruiting, developing agents, driving revenue, and fostering a culture of growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop real estate agents
• Drive revenue through the latest technology
• Grow the local office’s culture of awesomeness
• Establish and supervise office expenses and budgets
• Hire, develop, and reward top talent
• Optimize branch operations for profitability
• Participate in and lead local events
• Ensure associates have the tools and training needed
• Encourage preferred services like mortgage, title, and home warranty
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 3-5 years of sales experience
• Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures
• Active local real estate or broker’s license
• Proven management success, including recruiting, training, and encouraging teams
• Self-motivated and ambitious, willing to seek out new technologies
• Contagious passion and hard-working desire to grow your career
• Influential communication skills, including strong interpersonal, written, and verbal abilities
