About the Role
Branch managers build the foundation of the Coldwell Banker network, the nation’s No. 1 residential real estate brokerage for 21 years. As a branch manager, you will lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office in Tampa, FL. You are responsible for everything from recruiting and developing real estate agents to driving revenue, backed by the latest technology.

Responsibilities
- Attract and lead teams to success by demonstrating high energy and creating a growing residential real estate office driven by a culture of awesomeness.
- Artfully articulate Coldwell Banker’s and the local office’s value proposition to attract and retain agents.
- Optimally run the branch’s operations, including hiring, developing, and rewarding top talent.
- Establish and supervise office expenses and budgets; handle profit and loss to achieve annual profitability targets.
- Align with and carry out the company’s strategy to drive growth, partnering with other managers to increase market share and expand brand recognition.
- Ensure associates have the tools they need and are trained to use them; endorse and encourage preferred services such as mortgage, title, and home warranty.
- Demonstrate integrity to ensure a strong reputation in the community and ensure local transactions meet legal and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures; hold an active local real estate or broker’s license.
- Proven management success, including recruiting, training, and encouraging teams.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with awareness of current technology and willingness to adopt new tools to drive growth.
- Contagious passion and a hard-working desire to grow your career while attracting and encouraging associates.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Technology proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and media sites.
