About the role

As a branch manager, you will lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office, focusing primarily on transaction support, compliance, and deal advising.

Branch managers are passionate about growth—personally and professionally—drawing on their experience and expertise to attract new associates and develop existing ones, helping them succeed and generate new revenue.

You will establish a culture of growth among associates by living the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition: Production Power, Culture of Awesomeness, Wealth Building, and Coaching to Confidence. As the face of Coldwell Banker in the community, you will actively participate in and lead local events, building a network of contacts to further grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an inspiring motivator, attracting associates and leading teams to success with high energy, fostering a growing residential real estate office driven by a culture of awesomeness.
  • Artfully communicate Coldwell Banker’s and the local office’s value proposition to attract and retain agents.
  • Optimally manage branch operations and support agents with compliance and transaction management.
  • Align with and execute the company’s strategy to drive growth, collaborating with other managers and teams to increase market share, grow business metrics, and expand brand recognition.
  • Ensure associates have the tools they need and are trained to use them; endorse and encourage preferred services such as mortgage, title, and home warranty.
  • Demonstrate integrity to maintain a strong reputation in the community and ensure local transactions meet legal and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in residential real estate, with expertise in all aspects of transactions, real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
  • Active local real estate or broker’s license.
  • Proven management success, including recruiting, training, and encouraging high-performing teams.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and aware of current technology, with a willingness to adopt new and emerging tools to drive growth.
  • Contagious passion for growing your career while attracting and encouraging associates to do the same.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and media sites.
