Westbound & Down is a brewing company dedicated to adventure. We got our start when some good friends made a pact to share their pursuit of better food and drink with the world. Today we're a family-run business with deep Colorado roots that aims to infuse the spirit of the West in every keg, bottle, meal, and moment. Brewing beer is an art. Westbound & Down has a new brewpub in Lafayette, CO. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean the dishwasher area
- Building salads and cold line dishes
- Prepping items for the day
- Run plates and cooking supplies to their proper stations
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Prepare Salads and other menu items
- Other duties as assigned
