Coin Room Machine Operator

About the role

The Brink’s Company (NYSE:BCO) is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services. This role is based in branch locations around the world, focusing on coin accounting and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Verify bank deposits and prepare shipments
• Connect money from one place to the next
• Work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, vault, and liability
• Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound currency transactions
• Maintain constant coin supply during production
• Complete preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Enter all verification activity into logs as processed
• Perform additional essential and assigned job functions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Data entry skills
• Money handling experience
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position

Additional Qualifications

• Previous banking or professional finance experience
• Previous experience working with machinery
• Military background

Pay

Pay Range (Specific to NY,CA,CO,WA,MD,CT,IL,NV,,KY,MI,NJ,ME,MO,MA,MT): $19.91 - $23.79 Hourly

Schedule

Hours may vary depending on location and shift.
