Summary of Position
Responsible for providing technical support to laboratory environments for the following labs: BUS 121, Bench Lab, and the VR Lab.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Linux OS
- Software and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Coursework: CITS 150, CITS 160, CITS 280, and ISYS 110
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and discretion
Responsibilities
- Update Fedora Linux, VMWare, and general software
- Create new semester logins
- Clean off old virtual machines
- Maintain DHCP server
