Co-Teacher (4-5 year olds)

About the role

We are seeking a co-teacher to provide top-notch care and support to a class of 16 young children aged 2-5, while working closely with a partner to maintain our exceptional teacher-to-child ratio of 1:8.

Responsibilities

• Developing engaging lesson plans
• Fostering meaningful relationships with the children
• Maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment
• Keeping families informed
• Contributing to a positive and nurturing atmosphere

Requirements

Our co-teacher must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school degree, with experience being a definite plus.

Qualifications

• CDA in early childhood education
• Associate's degree in early childhood education
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
