Co-Teacher (2-3 year olds)

About the role

A co-teacher is responsible for the care of and well-being of 16 children ages 2-5. Co-teacher's are paired with another co-teacher making our highest ratio 1:8.

Responsibilities

• Lesson planning
• Conducting meaningful interactions with the children
• Classroom management
• Keeping a tidy classroom
• Communicating with families
• Ensuring the safety of all children
• Helping to create a positive and happy environment

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age and high school degree
• Experience preferred but not mandatory

Qualifications

• CDA in early childhood education
• Associates in early childhood education
• Bachelor's in early childhood education
• CPR/First Aid certification
