Primary Duties
- Student work arranged through the Professional Practice Program of the University of Cincinnati as an extension of classroom and laboratory teaching by practice in a chosen profession.
- Perform various duties related specific field of study.
- 1st tier user phone/remote/in-person support for classrooms supported by ECSS.
- Affix with classroom checklist procedures.
- Assist with troubleshooting and replacement of AV/IT equipment.
- Affix supervisor assigned tasks.
- Affix with room system and equipment upgrades working with AV install team.
- Provide in-person orientations for end users.
- Co-op employment must be related to some phase of the field of study in which the student is engaged, and diversified to afford a range of experience.
- Co-op students must meet the enrollment requirement for the entire quarter.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic IT knowledge.
