Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Process offboarding equipment (collect, wipe, and redeploy devices)
- Answer and log inbound IT requests via phone and email
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot user issues
- Aid with monitors, docking stations, conference room tech, and peripherals
- Support IT inventory tracking and equipment ordering
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the IT team
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Computer System/Information Technology program
- Basic computer and hardware knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Willing to learn and follow processes
- Youth Employment Permit required if under 18
- Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. unassisted
