Seeking 3-month and 6-month CO-OPs for hands-on experience in information technology. Open to students pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field, entering their junior or senior year of college. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
About the Role
This position will work closely with our Site IT Leader to meet business needs in a manufacturing production environment.
Responsibilities
- Escalate issues and resolve incidents
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in a manufacturing production environment
- Assist in researching complex technical problems
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a similar field
- Entering junior or senior year of college
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Experience with a help desk environment is a plus
