Information Technology (IT) Co-Op

Job Summary

Keros Therapeutics is seeking a motivated and technically curious IT Operations Co-op to join our Information Technology team. This position provides an exceptional opportunity for a 3rd or 4th year college student to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology operations within a fast-paced biotechnology environment.

About the Role

This role is ideal for students interested in Infrastructure & Operations, Cybersecurity, Cloud Technologies, Desktop Engineering, Systems Administration, or IT Service Management. The student will develop practical skills in enterprise IT while contributing to projects that directly support research, clinical, and corporate business functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for employees experiencing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Aid in laptop deployment, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning activities.
• Respond to service requests and incidents while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Microsoft Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
• Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID fundamentals
• Cybersecurity concepts and best practices
• Powershell scripting or automation experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Experience with ticketing systems or service desk operations
• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems

Education Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Entering Junior or Senior year (3rd or 4th year student) at an accredited college or university.
• Eligible to participate in an approved co-op or internship program through their academic institution.
