What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution
- At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
- Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Spring 2027, Fall 2027, and Summer 2028
- This position requires the student to work for 3 alternating semesters.
- The student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters
- This position requires working onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op
- This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce
- Experienced in database applications, SQL and advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, Macros)
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into a logical and actionable story
- Strong written and oral communication skills and able to produce concise, relevant, strategic documents and executive presentations
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science/Analytics, Advanced Mathematics, or a quantitative discipline
- Exposure to HR applications, SAP, or similar ERPs
- Ability to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain what can be learned from the data and how it can support decision making
