Human Resources Co-Op - Spring 2027

About the role

The co-op student will be working on job assignments related to their functional human resources discipline. These increasingly challenging assignments will provide foremost an effective learning assignment and then a sound intellectual and/or financial return for the PCC organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback.
• Support in the development and implementation of training programs.
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of HR policies and procedures.
• Support in recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview preparation.
• Assist in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Support in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of HR systems and software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

The student will spend majority of time in the office but will be required to have some plant floor presence. Minimal travel may be required. Mentor is located about 20 minutes east of Cleveland, OH.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.
