We’re seeking an experienced Co-Head Grower to join Sutton Community Farm. This role combines hands-on organic growing with teaching, team leadership, and community engagement.

- 4 days per week
About the role
Expected start: February/March 2026
Responsibilities
- Lead organic production across 7 acres (field, polytunnels, and agroforestry)
- Co-manage the Growing Team, including trainees and volunteers
- Plan and forecast crop production
- Coordinate produce sales (£70-90k annual value)
- Deliver training programs and community engagement
