Location: Oxfordshire, Junction 7/8 of M40. Country house grounds with greenhouse, herb garden, vegetable beds & cages, polytunnels, and orchard.
About the role
Ideally full-time (5 days per week, Monday to Friday) at £18 per hour. Semi-flexible hours or part-time (minimum 3 days) will be considered. Can include a crop share arrangement.
Immediate start available. 1-year contract with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.
Car driver essential due to village location. Local applicants preferred, but accommodation in the village may be available for single occupancy.
Requirements
- Practical experience and an active interest in organic vegetables, microgreens, salads, and fruit (formal qualifications are not essential).
- Must be able to drive (car required due to rural location).
