Co-Head Grower at Stroud community Agriculture

About the Role

We’re hiring a new co-head grower! We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced grower committed to agroecological food systems to join our team. In addition to ensuring we provide our members with the best possible share of delicious organic vegetables for 52 weeks a year, you’ll be part of a team that collectively oversees the running of the farm. This role will take overall responsibility for our field-scale growing.

About Us

Stroud Community Agriculture (SCA) is an organic and biodynamic community-supported agriculture farm (CSA) near Stroud, Gloucestershire. We feed 300 households with vegetable shares ranging from half shares to double shares. SCA has been serving the local community for over 20 years, making it one of the longest-standing CSAs in the country.

Application Details

Closing date for applications: Sunday 9th November 2025. We will offer half-day trials on the farm alongside interviews on 12th, 13th, and 14th November. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible.
