Co-Founder & Head of Brand/Creator Partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute company's brand partnership strategy.
  • Recruit high-quality eCommerce brands across beauty, fashion, food, wellness, home, collectibles, fitness, and lifestyle.
  • Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and eCommerce directors.
  • Negotiate commercial partnership agreements.
  • Build strategic partnerships with Shopify agencies, creator agencies, and eCommerce technology partners.
  • Collaborate with the creator team to match brands with high-performing creators.
  • Develop repeatable onboarding processes for enterprise and SMB brands.
  • Represent us at conferences, industry events, podcasts, and networking opportunities.
  • Help shape pricing, partnership programs, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Recruit and lead the future Brand Partnerships team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or eCommerce.
  • Existing relationships with DTC brands, Shopify merchants, retailers, or consumer brands.
  • Experience negotiating six- or seven-figure commercial partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, creator marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a category-defining company.

Qualifications

  • Bonus Points: Built or scaled a marketplace or SaaS company.
  • Experience at Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta, YouTube, Whatnot, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong network within creator management agencies and influencer marketing agencies.
  • Experience raising capital or working with venture-backed startups.

  • Understanding of eCommerce, creator marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce.
