About the role

Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, transfers, and ambulation
- Preparing meals per dietary needs
- Offering companionship and engaging activities
- Performing light housekeeping
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reporting changes in patients' conditions
- Adhering to the Plan of Care
- Ensuring patient confidentiality
- Following safety protocols, including never administering medications
