CNA Travel position in Dickinson, ND!
About the role
Join our Benedictine team as a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care, report condition changes, and demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks. You will operate on the front lines ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care
- Report condition changes to RN or LPN
- Chart in POC system
- Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks
- Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- BLS Certification required
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within a designated region
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
