About the role

Parker Health Group, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) for a full-time position at Parker at Monroe, a high-quality nursing care residence in Monroe Township.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to supervising nurses.
• Participate in scheduled activities to support resident engagement and well-being.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of living spaces.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing.
• High School graduate or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle others diplomatically.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

$22.90 - $31.53 hourly rate depending on experience.

Schedule

7:00am - 3:00pm, including every other weekend.
