About the role

Parker is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a per diem basis to provide high-quality nursing care in a warm and compassionate environment. Shifts include four varied monthly shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care activities
  • Monitor and report resident health status
  • Participate in scheduled care rounds
  • Follow infection control protocols
  • Document resident care and medication administration

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
  • High School graduate or GED required
  • Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner
  • Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season
