About the role

Parker Health Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Parker at Monroe, a premier nursing and memory care facility located in Monroe Township. The position offers full-time, hourly employment from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including medication administration, patient assessments, and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the State of NJ.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification.
• Minimum (1) year experience in nursing specialty of Geriatrics or Long-Term Care.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $46.00 to $61.77 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including every other weekend.
