Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation, and activities
• Memory care and mental health support
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and light exercise
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Support with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping
• Transporting clients to doctor appointments, running errands, and outings into the community

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) license in Washington state
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable working 4–5-hour daytime shifts with stacking schedule options
