CNA | HCA / Caregiver – License Required

About the role

Provide in‑home care for seniors and adults in Seattle, the Eastside, and Pierce County, WA. Shifts are daytime, 4‑5 hours, with opportunities for additional hours. You will accompany clients to medical appointments, run errands, and support community outings.

Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation, and activities
• Memory care and mental health support
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and light exercise
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Support with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) license in Washington, or be an HCA/CNA student who has taken or scheduled the state exam
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable working 4‑5‑hour daytime shifts with possibilities for additional hours
• Willing to transport clients to doctor appointments, run errands, and accompany them on community outings
