Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform range of motion exercises.
• Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
