About the role
The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities and is seeking certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, drinking, and mobility.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the living areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
- Valid Minnesota State CNA license.
- Experience working with individuals with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Hourly wage range: $24 - $30.
Schedule
- Available shifts: 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, 1:45 PM–10:00 PM, and 9:45 PM–6:00 AM.
