CNA Certified Nursing Assistant - Up To 5,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The Wealshire is the premier memory care and assisted living care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers in Medina.

Responsibilities

- Provide personal care services to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, drinking, and mobility. - Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas. - Assist with medication administration under supervision. - Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Current Minnesota certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. - Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Pay

- Hourly rate: $24 - $30

Schedule

- Available shifts: 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, 1:45 PM–10:00 PM, and 9:45 PM–6:00 AM.
