About the role
The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities and is seeking qualified and dedicated care providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, drinking, and mobility.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the resident's room and common areas.
- Participate in scheduled shift meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
- Valid Minnesota State CNA license.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion and patience.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.

Pay
- Hourly rate of pay: $24 - $30.
Schedule
- Hours: 1:45 PM–10:00 PM, and 9:45 PM–6:00 AM.
