About the role

The Wealshire is the premier memory care and assisted living care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers to join their team.

Responsibilities

- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, drinking, and mobility. - Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the living areas. - Assist with medication administration under supervision. - Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed. - Engage in social activities to promote resident well-being.

Requirements

- Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA). - Valid Minnesota State license as a CNA. - Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. - Ability to follow safety protocols and handle sensitive situations.

Pay and Schedule

Hourly rates range from $24 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Shifts available are 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, 1:45 PM–10:00 PM, and 9:45 PM–6:00 AM.

Schedule

Year-round position with flexible shifts available.
