About the role

The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) / CNA position at Lorien Elkridge offers a unique opportunity to join an award-winning team. Responsibilities

• Safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Deliver quality resident care in accordance with organizational policies and individualized care plans.
• Safely administer medications as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Active Maryland License for CMT and CNA II.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of medication administration protocols.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.

Pay

Rates: $18.00 - 21.00 (experienced based).

Schedule

Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
