Responsibilities

• Caregivers with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Caregivers that can work from Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am to 2pm
• Caregivers who can drive and run errands
• Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - assist with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing
• Observe clients and recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
