About the role
We are seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our team. Part-Time or Full-Time day shift positions available. Support Seniors To Live Better Lives By Assisting seniors with Activities of Daily Living. Assisting seniors with seated positioning, ambulating, toileting, showering, etc. Administering medications. Creating a home atmosphere along with other teammates. Providing companionship and comfort to our seniors. Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Responsibilities

- Assisting seniors with seated positioning, ambulating, toileting, showering, etc.
- Administering medications.
- Creating a home atmosphere along with other teammates.
- Providing companionship and comfort to our seniors.
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Prefer current certification as a CNA or experience in HHA.
- Must have a CMT license.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Long Term Care OR recent CNA course.
- A passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medication administration and long-term care practices.

Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour.

8-hour shift
Day shift
Holidays
Rotating weekends
Shift Availability: Saturday and Sunday from 8 am - 4 pm plus PRN.
Wednesday from 4 pm - 12 am plus PRN
Wednesday and Thursday from 12 am-8 am plus PRN
License/Certification
CMT License (Required).
