CMMS Engineer, InfraOps Availability
About the role
The CMMS Engineer will be responsible for setup and maintaining site asset data through Hexagon EAM. The engineer will work within the data centers to ensure that asset details are captured to match the digital record. They will work with corresponding teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application. The engineer will proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct any anomalies, while continuously looking for ways to automate and enhance processes. They will also plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences within the organization.
Responsibilities

- Work with corresponding teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application
- Proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct any anomalies
- Continuously look for ways to automate and enhance processes
- Plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences within the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- 3+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in SQL or Programming
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in an industrial, maintenance, manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- Experience in supporting procedures for production or mission critical environments to include ticketing, monitoring / metrics and troubleshooting technical issues.
Skills
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems and processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SQL or programming languages
- Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. For more information, please refer to the benefits page.
Schedule
Full-time position with occasional travel to launch new locations. Final schedule will be determined based on business needs.
